Reflection on the Digital Divide

I’ve realized how fortunate I am to have the internet. It’s such an integral part of my day to day life and it’s terrible that there are still people in the US who don’t have it. The internet is how I kept in touch with the world throughout 2020. This is a serious issue. The internet needs to stop being treated as a luxury and start being treated as a necessary utility because in today’s society that’s what it is. Every household should have access to internet.
